Pedestrian Accidents in Knoxville, TN
Did you know that a car accident lawyer in Knoxville, TN, can also represent you if you are a pedestrian injured in an accident? Knoxville has seen a steady increase in pedestrian fatalities over the past decade, a trend often attributed to a lack of adequate pedestrian infrastructure, such as sidewalks and crossings. Although this school bus accident seems to be an unfortunate misjudgement from both parties, most of the pedestrian accidents we see as a car accident lawyer in Knoxville, TN, stem from drivers failing to yield when turning—especially left turns and U-turns.
