He has litigated a variety of civil matters, including in the areas of medical malpractice/health care liability claims, personal injury, construction law, insurance law, and consumer protection. In the area of medical malpractice/health care liability claims, Donald has experience representing parties on both sides of the docket, including injured patients, doctors, and hospitals.

Donald has trial experience, including in medical malpractice. He has arbitrated matters through final hearing including complex construction cases before the American Arbitration Association. Donald has also represented homeowner-related associations, including HOAs and COAs, in the areas of litigation, insurance disputes, board assistance, and owner-related issues.

Prior to attending law school, Donald worked for insurance companies in the areas of underwriting and claims, where he obtained invaluable insight into the operations of insurance companies. This experience has assisted Donald in representing clients, including insureds and insurers in the areas of insurance claims issues and bad faith litigation.
