The Tennessee Supreme Court has declared a state of emergency for the Judicial Branch of the Government. All in-person proceedings in all state and local courts in Tennessee are suspended from the close of business March 13, 2020, until Friday, March 31, 2020. There are some limited exceptions in the Court’s Order.
All deadlines set out by statute or rule or regulation that would have expired during this time are extended through April 6, 2020.
